Early Aβ-accumulating PET ROI

We have created a PET ROI based on the results from our publication Earliest accumulation of β-amyloid occurs within the default-mode network and concurrently affects brain connectivity. (Palmqvist, Schöll et al., Nat Comm 2017). The ROI is located in regions where Aβ fibrils are prone to start accumulating in preclinical Alzheimer’s disease. It can be downloaded here.
